Tuition Fees

Fees shown below are for the current school year only. Fees for subsequent years are subject to change.

Registration Fee

All parents are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of $500.00 per child, upon registration or re-registration.

Tuition Fees

This is an annual fee which can be made in one payment or divided into equal installments due monthly. The school will not make any tuition allowance for absences or vacations; the enrollment of the child is for a ten-month period.

Additional Fees

There will be additional charges for field trips to cover the bus fare and admission fees, depending on the nature of the field trip.

As our bank does charge for cheques returned N.S.F., there will be a $45.00 charge added to the replacement amount. If the replacement cheque is also returned NSF, then the charge will be doubled and the repayment must be made by a certified cheque or in cash without exception.

Child-Care Subsidy

The BC Ministry of Children and Family Development may provide a childcare subsidy for the care of children who attend a licensed preschool. Families do not need to be receiving social assistance to be eligible for subsidy.

Re-enrollment of Continuing Studies

In February of each year we will send re-enrollment forms. To ensure re-enrollment, the form should be returned with the required non-refundable registration fee within three weeks. Re-enrollment forms returned after three weeks will not guarantee re-enrollment.


Two month’s written notice of voluntary withdrawal is required or fees for the month will be payable. The school reserves the right to ask for withdrawal of a child if the faculty decides it would be best for the child and/or the school.
